QUESTION:

Age Requirements

Are there any exception to the 62 year of age requirement for a Reverse mortgage? A lot of options allow for those 55 to enjoy Senior benefits.

Dear Xsassygirl,
Right now, the minimun age is 62 and all borrowers must age-qualify. There are no exceptions, unfortunately.
Reverse mortgages can be great products - it's one very good thing about growing older!

If I can answer any more questions, please do not hesitate to call or email me. I love to help!
