There aren't any exceptions to the minimal age require for the FHA-insured Reverse Mortgage program. In the past there have been private Reverse Mortgage programs that went as low as 60, but they don't exist anymore. They'll come back sometime in the future, when the secondary market for mortgages recovers. Raymond
