I did check with SS themselves......and he lied to them and said she lived there when indeed she lives with me! I took the appropriate info. to them....and now I do get her check.....and he does not go to him.......he falsified information. WE were never married..but since she physically lives with me.....I will get her benefits. Benefits goes to whichever parent "keeps" the child on a physical basis ...not visitation. Thanks anyways...
