QUESTION:

Can Trustee pay back of Reverse Mortgage on my death? | I have no close relatives, no children, not married, can my trustee on my trust handle the sale, and/or payback of a Reverse Mortgage when I die, or if I am required to live in a nursing home.

Overall Rating:  Be the first to rate it. | Whomever you leave your home to (in your case your trustee) would simply list the home for sale and pay the reverse mortgage off with the proceeds from the sale of your home.
