Evaluation of the ING Golden Select ES II
I'm told that it guarantees a 7% return. I have what I have in treasury notes (ie:safe investments). I'm 54 years old without a significant portfolio. Please advise

Brian, It is difficult to answer such a question because these products are sold by prospectus and require that you be given a copy should we discuss them. However, in general terms the type of guarantee you are reffering to is a feature of an income benefit or death benefit (these are contract riders which you can elect for an additional fee) and not something that affects your account value. You should ask your advisor for a copy of the prospectus and read as much as you can... they are usually very long. Login to rate this answer:
