Group Homes vs. Assisted Living | I recently stumbled upon this helpful, to me, website -- "helpguide.org a trusted non-profit resource" -- "An empowering non-commercial resource helping you and your family to understand, prevent and resolve mental and physical health challenges."
Anyway, since I'm sixty nine, (going on seventy), I've become interested in Senior Housing and Residential Care, what it was and whether it appealed to me and whether I could afford it.
Or could I arrange my life so that I could continue to live Independently.
Fortunately, most of my Retired Friends, ALL of my retired friends, live in their own homes and they are in their seventies.
We help each other out on big and little things. The big things include replacing my gas 70 gallon hot water heater, cutting a fallen tree into small pieces and removing it so that when we were done, you couldn't tell that a ten foot tree recently stood there.
