QUESTION:

I was forced into disability retirement from State of CA

I didn't want to retire at age 58 but was forced into retirement by the State of California for depression. I didn't think I'd qualify for SSI Disability. Now I'm wondering if I do? The benefit would be higher than what I would get at my age now, 61. Does anyone know about this subject?
