QUESTION:

Important IRA Information

I am copying the following exerpt from the NY Times because it seems like an important bit of information for retirees:

"The New York State attorney general, Eliot Spitzer, said Monday he had evidence that executives of H& R Block not only knew that they were pushing customers to buy money-losing retirement account plans, but also penalized employees who refused to recommend them."

"Mr. Spitzer amended a suit filed in March against Block, the largest tax-preparation company, with copies of e-mail messages that he said showed that managers disregarded complaints from tax preparers about misleading marketing of a retirement product called Express I.R.A."

Can Anyone Recommend a Good IRA? and Where to Buy?
