Overall Rating:   | I am not entirely sure. But, I think that Medicare Parts A and B are required for everyone. And Medicaid eligibility is determined by your state.
(Medicare is a Federal program. Medicaid is a state-run program.)
In some cases, Medicaid helps pay Medicare premiums.
