QUESTION:
New Nest
I would just like to suggest to all of you retirees who are holding on to your homes with large mortgages still pending to think of cashing out and investing in a "triple wide", yes a mobile or in the terminology of the day, a manufactured home. Especially in a over 55 park! It is so pleasant all the amenities of a country club without the fees (there are some but not comparable) Look into it!
