No credit check before getting information
Can I get a quote on a reverse mortgage without a credit check in advance? Every time I request a quote on anything a credit check is run, thereby dinging my credit score. I have a credit score of 729 so do not fear to reveal it.

Hi Luvbach1, A reverse mortgage is not dependent on your credit score - so the lender should not need to run your credit score. The only qualification filters are - any party on the title needs to be 62 years old or older - the homeowner needs to have enough equity in their home to qualify.
