PRE RETIREMENT

I AM 63 YEARS OLD. DIVORCED FOR 14 YEARS WAS MARRIED FOR 25 YEARS. MY EX-HUSBAND IS REMARRIED I AM NOT I HAVE A FULL TIME JOB. AT THIS TIME CAN I COLLECT ONE HALF OF MY EX-HUSBANDS SOCIAL SECURITY? THANK YOU

As you were married for at least ten years, and are above the age of 62, you can collect benefits on your spouse's social security record. For more details, you should visit the social security website at http://www.ssa.gov/retire2/divspouse.htm
