QUESTION:
Rents are rising.
According to data, rents are rising for housing, correlated to the downturn in the sales market. Now might be a good time to get out of a rental situation (if you are still there) Condo sales are slow so prices are down and also swallow your pride and look at a senior mobile home park. Prices are great, living is good, usually with amenities similar to condos,( pool, clubhouse etc.) Don't throw your money away on a rental!!!
