AARP also has a wonderful booklet entitled "Home Made Money".

You can download it or order it here:

For reverse mortgage calculations, Golden Gateways very intuituve and easy to use calculator may be used anonymously.

I would hope that whatever lender you speak to wont make you feel pressured into making any decisions. A good loan representative will respect that a borrowers initial telephone call(s) are educational only, and will answer your questions without any obligation.

Best of luck to you!

I'm sure that you've been inundated with salespeople trying to sign you up! I've been in Real Estate related services in Florida for over 30 years, and I also do Reverse Mortgages. (Smartest thing I ever did!)
Send me an invitation by email, and I'll be happy to provide you with my list of "Every FAQ you could ever think of". I'm into SERVICE not sales. So there will be no more emails from me unless you ask for them (and I know you will!)
