Charles,You might try going to your local Civic Center or Court House and locating the Housing Department or Department of Health and Wellfare. Once there you might apply for the HUD Program sponsoring section8 housing. While you are at it ask about the "Ticket To Work" program and other senior assistance programs for health care, transportation, food, clothing and housing.
