Whether you can retire at 41 or not depends on a variety of factors, including:
-- how much you have saved
-- how much it costs you to live each year
-- how inflation will impact your savings
-- health care costs
-- how long you will live

It is important to note that you will not be eligible for Social Security for at least another 20 years.

Hopefully you have contributed to the company 401K and an IRA since the day you started with Taco Bell.
