I think that you need to ask a Question first, such as what will you do with the net income from selling off your business, or are there disability issues related to your wife's inability to work any longer.

I'm retired. So at my age, (I'll turn 70 this year), that means that I'm encountering end-of-life issues among my friends, which -- trust me -- are very challenging. But that probably isn't one of your concerns at this time.
