QUESTION:

railroad retirement has jurisdiction over my retirement

I,took early retirement from the railroad.I retired at age 62,with 22years of service, with poor health.I moved south because I could no longer take the severe weather in upstate n.y.I continued to work paying into social security a total of 30 years.Because railroad retirement controls my retirement I get benefits for the 22 years I contibuted to r.r.r.Does the duel benefits law still exist? Is that why I don't get credit for all the years I have paid into social security? I retired in 1992.
