QUESTION:

total value of real estate package

In addition to a home on 5 acres of land, there is an additional 10 acres of land adjoing the property. Is the entire package elibible for a reverse mortgage?

The entire package is probably eligible for a Reverse Mortgage only if it is considered to be the "same" property by the county land office.

You might consult your local government about this issue.
