Enjoy the full and busy social life in Florida every winter. Then enjoy coming back to NY for intellectual challenges. Plan to keep both homes for as long as it is financially feasible. Fully expect future inflation will cause me to sell one of them. Until then it is enjoyable having a winter home down south..
