    who is primary payer when a person is retired and has medicare and also works part time and has retiree group coverage

    Who pays first is dependent on a number of different factors. You may be able to figure out the answer to your question by reviewing the charts on pages 2 and 3 of the document.

    I don't think that your part time job factors into the equation, unless you also receive health insurance there.
